윈도우 pgsql 실행 시 실행했던 cmd 창이 닫히면
pgsql도 종료되는 현상
pg_ctl register -N "postgres" -D c:￦pgsql￦data -l  c:￦pgsql￦log

실행
net start "postgres"

종료
net stop "postgres"

삭제 - cmd 관리자 권한
sc delete "postgre"
